Floor plans, elevations, dimensions, features, and pricing are subject to change and should be verified with our sales team before signing any contract. Photographs and renderings are representational; finishes, options, and landscaping may vary in the home you purchase.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS program — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a form, replying YES to a confirmation message, or texting one of our keywords — you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from CareFree Homes at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use this SMS service.
  • Program purpose: property updates, appointment reminders, promotions, warranty notifications, and other communications related to CareFree Homes.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

  • Supported carriers: the major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, floor plans, renderings, and software, is owned by or licensed to CareFree Homes and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareFree Homes, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
